Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

Green Brooklyn Brand will accept unworn garments for cash refund or exchanges. To be eligible for a cash refund or an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept damaged items that have been worn. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the buyer.  To complete your return, please contact us prior to shipping. Returns must be made within 7 days after receipt of your item.

Shipping your returned item

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Green Brooklyn Brand, LLC  915 Yonkers Avenue P.O. Box 1015 Yonkers, NY 10704. Return shipping and the security of your postage is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please e-mail info@greenbrooklynbrand.com for help with returns. You may ship your item(s) back to us using your preferred shipping method. Green Brooklyn Brand is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated based upon the subtotal of the merchandise ordered. If your order is less than $35, the standard flat rate ground shipping fee is $9. If your order is $35 or more, the standard flat rate ground shipping fee is $12.99. This threshold may change based on special promotions that are offered. All orders will be shipped to the buyer within 2 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Our items will be mailed out by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S). A tracking number will be provided to the buyer for all purchases that are made to Green Brooklyn Brand.
